Oh the insanely gorgeous and colorful Notting Hill! You could walk through Notting Hill every day for a year and still not see everything. It is definitely my favorite neighborhood in London (might be because it is full of pink)! Notting Hill has a feel in the air unlike anywhere else. It is colorfully intoxicating and a place where color comes to life! Below are some of my favorite colorful sites and where to find them. The list is based on the sites proximity to each other, which makes it a fabulous self-guided walking tour. Get off at the Notting Hill Gate tube stop to start the colorful Haley Jean approved tour of Notting Hill. Enjoy!
The Churchill Arms
Location: 119 Kensington Church St, Kensington, London W8 7LN
In my opinion, The Churchill Arms is the most picturesque pub in all of London. Depending on the time of year, this pub can be seen with sprouting greens and flowers or extravagant Christmas trees. Start off the walking tour by going inside the Winston Churchill themed pub and grabbing a drink!
The Colorful Doors of Notting Hill
Location: Campden St. & Peel St.
From pastel to bright colored doors, you will find them all right around the corner from The Churchill Arms on Campden St. and Peel St.
The Pink & Blue Duo
Location: Jameson St.
This pink and blue duo is a pastel lover’s dream! If you visit in the afternoon you will find beautiful light and shadows.
The White & Yellow House
Location: Jameson St.
This white and yellow home is right next door to the pink & blue duo. While this home is more understated than the others, the simplicity of the white makes the pop of yellow an unexpected treat!
The Pink House
Location: 7 Kensington Place
This pink beauty with the pop of greenery will make you swoon!
Kensington Place Row
Location: Kensington Place
On the same street as the pink house listed above, this breathtaking row of homes is one of the longest strips of colorful homes in Notting Hill!
The Colorful Streets Collection
Location: Hillgate St., Farmer St., Callcott St., Farm Pl., & Uxbridge St.
There is no shortage of vivacious sites to see on these streets! They feature colorful doors, vibrant and pastel homes, and quaint details.
The Pink Flat Iron
Location: Located between Pottery Lane & Penzane Street
WOWZA AMAZING! The Pink Flat Iron is located in a residential area in Notting Hill, so it shouldn’t be as busy as other areas. However, it is an iconic site, so you may have a short wait to get your pinktastic solo shot!
Elgin Crescent Row
Location: Elgin Crescent
Walk along Elgin Crescent from the section between Portobello Road and Kensington Park. Here you will find the luminous colors of Notting Hill!
Lively Lancaster
Location: Lancaster Road
Lancaster Road is one of the most iconic tourist attractions in Notting Hill. This beautiful row of homes can get BUSY, so visiting on an off-peak time is highly suggested!
Iconic Saint Luke’s Mews
Location: Saint Luke’s Mews
The pink house in Saint Luke’s Mews is famous for being featured in the film Love Actually in the scene where Mark confesses his love for Juliet. Due to it being the location of an iconic movie scene, it can get quite busy, so visiting this location at an off-peak time is suggested!
Colville Houses
Location: Located off Colville Square Road on Colville Houses (Yes, the street is named Colville Houses)
Is it me or does this pastel row of homes give anyone else major beach vibes? There is something sweet and airy about this soft color palette.
Denbigh Terrace & The Hot Pink House
Location: Denbigh Terrace
This row of homes has my favorite home in all of Notting Hill! The hot pink home is just so fabulous… I cannot handle it! Matt, want to buy it for me? K thanks!
Prominent Portobello
Location: Portobello Road
This colorful shopping street features great vintage shops and more! I suggest visiting on a Saturday so you can go to the famous Portobello Road Market. This market has food, vintage clothes, antiques, and more!
Enjoy this gorgeous and colorful self-guided Notting Hill walking tour! Or enjoy the pretty pictures from your couch… either is a fabulous option!

Just love all the beautiful pictures! An interesting way to see part of London. I visited many years ago but had never seen this area. I had also visited Edinburgh were I was born, a beautiful city! Would love to see your pictures from there.
